Characteristics of the SPOLANA s.r.o. complex

The company is based in Neratovice, 25 km to the north of Prague, on the River Elbe. The complex has its own energy centre and an extensive energy-product infrastructure throughout. There are 40 km of railway sidings on the premises, a dense road network to facilitate road haulage, and the company’s very own port to transport goods along the Elbe.

The complex is divided into two sections:

• chemical park;
• commercial zone - ready for use by businesses from the surrounding area, see Company complex and premisesto let..

At present the company has over 700 employees, with another 900 or so employees working for the other (outside) companies active within the Spolana complex.​
