Authorized Director​

Piotr Kearney is at ORLEN Group since 2000. Earlier, in the years 1995 - 2000 he held managerial positions in other polish downstream oil companies: Rafineria Gdańska S.A. and Nafta Polska S.A, responsible for financing the development of the company, financial policy and privatization processes.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk. For 18 years he has performed key functions in Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A., among others as M&A Director and Strategy Executive Director. In 2019 he moved to Czechia being ORLEN Unipetrol Investment Director first. Piotr joined Spolana Executive Board in summer 2020 and since March 2021 he became its Chairman and CEO.

As part of his responsibilities in ORLEN Group he has been a member of supervisory boards of companies such as Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A., Inowrocławskie Kopalnie Soli Solino S.A., Rafineria Trzebinia S.A., ORLEN Deutschland AG, Unipetrol a.s., AB Mazeikiu Nafta, Polkomtel S.A., ORLEN Upstream sp. z o.o. and FX Energy Inc. Nowadays he continues as a supervisory board member of ORLEN Upstream Canada and HC Verva Litvinov.

Executive Director

Piotr Tomiło has more than 15 years of experience in business and financial controlling, financial planning and analysis as well as purchasing. Between 2007 and 2018, he worked in the roles of business controlling analyst, manager of the team responsible for capital expenditure management within the ORLEN Group and last but not least, as a director responsible for financing a selected segment of ORLEN S.A. In the following years, he also worked on setting up a financial data control system for a Swedish company, focusing on templates, account mapping - sales, costs incurred for goods sold and monthly reporting procedures. He was also involved in the development of control system files for non-profit organizations.

In recent years, he has also held a leadership position at KGHM.
